ABOUT NEURODIVERSE-HR

Neurodiverse-HR was inspired by our experiences in business and seeing neurodiverse people unlock their hidden abilities, using strategies to enable them to perform to their highest potential. 


  • We will all know of someone who has been diagnosed with Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia or ADHD. How that person has been supported has a significant impact on their ability to succeed and also their mental health and well-being. Consideration and support for neurodiversity generally ceases after education, often having a detrimental affect on business and individuals. We have identified a significant gap in many business' Diversity and Inclusion policy regarding neurodiversity.


  • Our website has been put together with consideration for certain neurodiversities. It's clear, uncluttered approach can suit certain people. 


  • We are passionate about improving the awareness of the hidden abilities of neurodiverse people. Often diversity and inclusion is seen as having neutral financial benefit to employers. We may change your views!


Our pragmatic approach is supported by expertise from specialists in neurodiversity. We employ neurodiverse people and continually consult with neurodiverse people in everything that we do.
